As the Director of Operations, you will be my strategic partner in translating our high aspirations into reliable outcomes, ensuring that Flent operates as a trusted and precise entity.
You will collaborate closely with product development, manufacturing, customer experience, procurement, and leadership to fortify Flent’s operational infrastructure, making it predictable, efficient, and powerful.
About the Role

In this role, you will oversee the core operations of the company. You will design processes, establish operational frameworks, facilitate cross-departmental cooperation, and ensure that the company operates with precision, foresight, and measurable outcomes. You will identify inefficiencies, map workflows, rectify flaws, and develop systems that empower teams to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will manage significant cost factors on our profit and loss statement, from inventory utilization to cost management as we scale.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured chaos, demonstrates high accountability, can navigate between strategic planning and practical execution, and finds satisfaction in simplifying complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee & Expand Home Flipping Operations
Refine standard operating procedures for evaluation, planning, budgeting, contractor management, and execution while ensuring alignment across teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.Develop the Procurement, Manufacturing & Logistics Framework
Manage material procurement strategies, pricing intelligence, vendor relationships, negotiations, and demand forecasting.Lead Warehousing, Inventory, Quality Control & Efficiency Initiatives
Implement quality assurance checkpoints and optimize operational efficiency across the manufacturing and logistics spectrum.
