We are aggressively expanding our "Beat the Utility" product, which promises small commercial clients that their overall electric expenses will be lower than those of their current utility providers. This promise is backed by our unique technology and risk management strategies that create value not available to traditional utilities. Currently active in NYC (NYISO Zone J), we are on track to add hundreds of new customer locations each month and plan to extend our reach into other zones and ISOs throughout the Northeast.
We seek a results-oriented, technically skilled Director of Operations to lead and enhance our field operations, hardware implementation, enrollment processes, billing systems, and customer support during this crucial growth period.
Reporting to the COO, the Director of Operations will establish the operational framework necessary for the swift deployment of permissionless Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), such as batteries and smart thermostats. This role involves ensuring precise enrollment, accurate billing, and dependable customer support as our business expands. You will be hands-on in executing current operations while also building robust systems, processes, and teams to manage increasing complexity.
Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams is essential to ensure that our hardware, systems, and workflows are optimized for real-world application, auditability, and scalability—eliminating the need for manual interventions.
