Join SHE Media as the Director of Healthcare Partnerships
We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Director of Healthcare Partnerships to spearhead strategic, impactful brand collaborations within our premium content and live media ecosystem. In this prominent position, you will oversee all facets of Digital Sales, focusing on creating integrated, insight-driven solutions that encompass branded content, social media amplification, creator engagement, experiential marketing, and programmatic media. Your primary goal will be to enhance existing business while also cultivating new opportunities in the Pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate excels in building relationships and possesses a deep understanding of audience engagement through compelling storytelling, community building, and immersive experiences, all while leveraging media in a comprehensive monetization strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand strategic advertising partnerships and sponsorship agreements to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Act as a strategic advisor to brands and agencies, guiding them on audience engagement, cultural relevance, and campaign success.
- Foster robust relationships at all levels within client and agency environments to cultivate strong advocates for the SHE Media brand.
- Collaborate with content, editorial, creator, marketing, and insights teams to design integrated programs aligned with both client objectives and SHE Media's platforms.
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams through sponsorships, long-term partnerships, and major programs.
- Exhibit comfort in presenting and addressing large audiences at client and agency meetings, effectively communicating the SHE Media value proposition.
- Work closely with internal specialists, including Integrated Marketing, Planning, Content Marketing, Events, and Account Management, to create and deliver impactful marketing solutions for clients.
