Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Growth PlanningLead the definition, ownership, and execution of Bandit’s growth roadmap encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV). Craft a comprehensive multi-channel growth strategy, leveraging performance marketing, referrals, brand partnerships, and community-driven initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth objectives with overarching business goals. Performance Marketing & AcquisitionOversee all aspects of paid acquisition strategies, including paid social, search, display, and affiliate marketing, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to build, launch, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google. Lead end-to-end experimentation processes, including audience development, creative testing, bid/budget management, and in-platform reporting. Develop and manage lifecycle marketing strategies, establishing flows in Klaviyo (email + SMS) that include segmentation, triggers, and testing methodologies. Utilize data from GA4, Shopify, and various channels to derive actionable insights that inform campaign adjustments, landing page optimizations, and promotional offers. Create impactful funnel strategies that drive brand awareness, mid-funnel activation, and bottom-funnel conversion. Community & PartnershipsFoster growth through content-driven initiatives by collaborating with creative teams to craft compelling narratives for newsletters, social media, and running-related stories. Data & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain growth dashboards, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide performance reports. Forecast budget allocations and investment decisions based on data-driven insights. Work collaboratively across departments such as Product, Design, Operations, and Finance to ensure growth strategies are seamlessly integrated throughout the organization.
