Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:Analyze digital media performance by establishing relevant KPIs and measurement plans. Develop reporting solutions, including automated dashboards and advanced data visualizations using Power BI. Formulate audience strategies by creating and evaluating high-value audience segments for targeted campaigns. Collaborate with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and third-party partners to scale audience activation. Communicate effectively and professionally with senior leadership at both the client and agency levels. Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals. Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in evaluating various attribution methods, including Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA). Familiarity with regression analysis for attribution modeling and performance tracking. Experience successfully leading cross-functional teams. Proficiency with reporting and data platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, SQL, R, DCM, Salesforce DMP, and/or comScore. Experience with third-party data providers, Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs). Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated capability in guiding clients to actionable insights based on data analytics and maintaining client relationships. Solid understanding of the data and ad tech ecosystem, particularly in digital environments. Familiarity with audience analytics best practices in measurement, matching, onboarding, and limitations. A college degree is not a requirement for candidates to apply. Desired Skills & Experience:Over 9 years of experience in digital media planning or media analytics, either in agency or client-side roles. Expertise in presentation development and effective delivery. Leadership skills with a focus on change management. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Capability to engage, develop, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
