About the Role
Fivetran is seeking a Director of Sales Compensation to spearhead our global incentive design, governance, and operational strategy for our enterprise go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. We value clarity in ownership, excellence in operations, and a focus on long-term success. This position reports directly to our VP of Finance & Strategy and involves close collaboration with Sales, Sales Operations, Human Resources, Legal, and Finance departments. We are looking for a hands-on leader who excels in model-building while also mentoring the team and influencing key executive decisions.
This full-time, hybrid position is based out of our Oakland or Denver offices, allowing for two days per week in-office work to foster team connection and collaboration.
