Director of Engineering Solutions
As the Director of Engineering Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client accounts. Leveraging your extensive technical expertise, client engagement abilities, and in-depth knowledge of our offerings, you will foster trust and establish credibility with senior client stakeholders, identifying opportunities to help them realize their objectives and aspirations.
Understanding Client Challenges
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders in your domain (CPO/CTO/CDO), providing expert insights and influencing their vision and aspirations.
- Develop a profound understanding of the client’s business model, strategy, and goals, pinpointing how technology and modern engineering practices can unlock value.
- Cultivate relationships to establish a network within the client organization, gaining insights into their business, needs, and challenges.
Strategic Guidance and Solution Development
- Proactively engage with clients to comprehend their needs and pain points, exploring potential solutions and offering ongoing expert advice.
- Advise on how technology across cloud, data, integration, and full stack engineering can effectively address their challenges.
- Constructively challenge client assumptions to guide them toward achieving their desired outcomes.
Opportunity Identification and Proposal Development
- Recognize opportunities where we can help devise the right solutions for clients, assisting them in building internal business cases.
- Collaborate on proposal development and opportunity shaping for both existing clients (alongside the Head of Client Services) and new prospects (with CP), playing a vital role in showcasing our technical capabilities and engineering expertise.
