We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and influential Director of Engineering Governance to lead our efforts in integrating security, privacy, and responsible data practices into the core of Databricks’ products and infrastructure. This role goes beyond merely managing programs; it involves architecting and scaling robust engineering platforms and operating models that foster secure and compliant product development across a rapidly evolving, multi-cloud ecosystem.
