Enablement collaboration: Work with the VP of Enablement to identify and address key field friction points, shaping the strategy for new tool deployments. Ecosystem integration: Guide the Partnerships team in integrating partners into territories, lead routing, and attribution models. Stakeholder management: Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders. Team leadership: Mentor and develop a team of GTM analysts and strategists. Set objectives, manage performance, and ensure focus on high-impact projects. Act as a player-coach, balancing strategic direction with hands-on support. Reporting structure This role reports directly to the VP, GTM Strategy & Operations. Location London (within the EMEA region).
