CPI Security seeks a Director of Demand Generation based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader drives demand generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement strategy. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and supporting revenue growth by working closely with sales, product, and content teams. Oversight includes managing a team member dedicated to customer lifecycle and retention, with a strong emphasis on personalized engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Deep knowledge of the security and smart home industry, along with experience crafting data-driven campaigns for both residential and commercial audiences, is important for success.
Main Responsibilities
Demand Generation Campaigns
- Design and launch integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, including digital content, paid media, SEO/SEM, and direct response, to attract qualified leads for CPI Security's products and services.
- Work with brand, product marketing, and content teams to develop messaging and creative that connect buyer needs with CPI's solutions.
- Oversee agency partnerships, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for lead quality and conversion rates.
Nurture and Sales Enablement
- Build and implement lead nurturing strategies that move prospects from initial awareness to marketing-qualified leads.
- Supervise a team member focused on lifecycle and retention journeys, maximizing customer engagement and value through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop sales enablement tools and materials to help sales teams convert leads and set appointments, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and business needs.
- Partner with sales and marketing operations to analyze lead performance and refine strategies for ongoing improvement.
Additional Responsibilities
- Report on program activities, results, and key insights to stakeholders.
- Stay current with trends in the security and smart home industry and assess the competitive landscape.
- Manage the marketing budget and agency relationships effectively.
- Lead and mentor marketing team members to achieve department goals.
