Your Responsibilities:Deal Structuring and Strategy:Collaborate with sales teams to structure, negotiate, and approve intricate deals, ensuring alignment with Altana’s strategic vision and financial objectives. Provide expert guidance on pricing, discounts, and contract terms to enhance profitability and market competitiveness. Contract Management:Act as the primary contact for deal-related inquiries, escalation, and approvals. Work closely with the Legal team to review, negotiate, and revise customer contracts (NDAs, MSAs, order forms, SOWs) to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Serve as the initial negotiator for contract terms, effectively balancing customer needs with business objectives. Process and System Optimization:Design, enhance, and implement streamlined deal desk processes to expedite deal velocity and minimize cycle times. Establish best practices and leverage tools to improve approval workflows and foster cross-functional collaboration. Guarantee accurate and timely documentation and data entry into CRM systems (Salesforce) and other operational platforms. Analytics and Insights:Monitor deal metrics, create detailed reports, and deliver actionable insights on deal performance and market trends to Sales and Finance teams. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in deal strategies and structures based on data-driven analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Engage with Finance and Sales Operations to align deal desk initiatives with overarching revenue goals and strategic company objectives. Support new product launches by crafting effective pricing and packaging strategies.
