Role overview
The Director of Data Science leads global initiatives that shape DeepIntent’s healthcare advertising technology. This leader manages a distributed team working on advanced modeling, optimization, and AI projects. The team supports healthcare marketers in connecting patients, providers, and brands with care and efficiency.
This position is responsible for driving predictive and privacy-compliant insights for precision marketing and measurable results. The Director collaborates with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, data-centric solutions, and oversees data scientists based in the U. S., Europe, and India.
Leadership and strategy
- Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to turn data science capabilities into scalable, compliant, and commercially valuable solutions.
- Implement the global data science roadmap to advance DeepIntent’s mission in healthcare marketing.
- Mentor and lead a geographically distributed team of data scientists across multiple regions.
- Encourage a culture that values innovation, experimentation, and collaboration.
- Contribute to strategic planning and identify opportunities where advanced analytics and AI can improve business outcomes.
Healthcare-focused data science and AI
- Design and refine predictive and causal models for patient and provider outreach, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.
- Oversee development and deployment of machine learning models for real-time bidding, healthcare audience modeling, and privacy-first identity resolution.
- Integrate real-world data, claims data, and digital engagement signals into scalable machine learning frameworks.
- Ensure all models and data science methods comply with healthcare privacy standards, including HIPAA and other global regulations.
