Role Summary and Impact
The Director of Data Science plays a pivotal leadership role within a broader team focused on the deployment and development of predictive models for our clients. You will lead and mentor a talented team, collaborating closely with senior experts from Google Cloud and Google Marketing to apply advanced modeling methodologies that enhance our customers' media and marketing solutions. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for steering the team in the creation of industry-relevant predictive models aimed at optimizing our clients' media investments.
This role emphasizes the leadership of analytical solutions derived from machine learning and statistical predictive algorithms, leveraging the Google technology stack and agent development for our customers. We seek a Team Lead with extensive experience in algorithmic data analysis, a proven track record of scientific research, and a history of spearheading successful data science initiatives.
