About this Position:
Later is in search of a proactive Director of Data Analytics to lead our Insights & Analytics team. This pivotal leadership position involves steering a diverse group of embedded analysts who support various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Client Services, Creator Success, RevOps, and Product. You will take ownership of the analytics roadmap, our business intelligence layer, and the strategic use of data within the organization. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on contributions, where you will deliver impactful analyses alongside your team members. Your time will be evenly divided among three key areas: strategic leadership, individual contributions, and team management. As a strategic leader, you will shape the vision for the Data Analytics team, spearhead strategic initiatives, and nurture the function's growth while remaining engaged with day-to-day deliverables.
