Your ProfileThis is a pivotal builder role where you will lead a small, agile team of two, crafting the operational framework that enables us to scale from dozens to over 200 accounts without compromising quality. This position carries revenue accountability, including ownership of Net Revenue Retention, Gross Revenue Retention, expansion pipeline management, and renewal projections. Your success will be evaluated based on revenue outcomes rather than activity metrics. Key ResponsibilitiesRetention & Revenue Growth: Achieve Net Revenue Retention of ≥ 120% and Gross Revenue Retention of ≥ 95%; develop a predictable expansion pipeline; streamline multi-year enterprise renewals. Scalable Customer Success Model: Implement SMB vs. Enterprise segmentation with tailored engagement strategies; create documented Customer Success playbooks; automate ≥ 70% of onboarding and renewal processes; scale effectively to over 200 accounts without sacrificing quality. Enterprise Customer Success: Introduce an Executive Business Review framework with stakeholder mapping; link success plans to quantifiable ROI and budget justifications; maintain documentation for repeatable processes. Onboarding & Time to Value: Ensure customers achieve their first measurable value within 60 days through structured onboarding; recognize risk indicators within the initial 90 days. QualificationsProven experience in customer success management or related fields. Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics-driven management. Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
