What You Will Do Work closely with development teams to understand product requirements and translate them into thorough test plans. Carry out a range of testing activities on software applications, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Identify, document, and track bugs, following up until each issue is resolved and verified. Mentor junior QA engineers and help build a culture focused on quality and ongoing improvement.
