ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the clinical development team on the review, analysis, and interpretation of study results. Provide scientific support for ongoing Phase I to III clinical trials and contribute to the planning and design of upcoming clinical studies. Monitor and review study data, including laboratory results, safety data, and patient eligibility. Author and/or review clinical trial-related documents, including protocols, CRFs, informed consent forms, protocol deviations, monitoring plans, and regulatory submissions. Contribute to regulatory documents such as Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), Investigator’s Brochures, and the clinical sections of INDs and CTAs. Engage with external medical/scientific advisors, thought leaders, and clinical investigators, as well as internal management and drug development teams to prepare, revise, and maintain an efficient execution of the clinical development plan. Required QualificationsAdvanced degree (M. D., Ph. D., Pharm. D., or Master’s Degree in a Science or Medical-related field). M. D., Ph. D., or Pharm. D. with 3+ years of Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or CRO experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. Extensive knowledge of Phase I to III clinical trials.

The Opportunity

The Director of Clinical Sciences will play a pivotal role within the Clinical Development team, providing essential scientific guidance for ongoing projects. This position reports to a Medical Director and involves cross-functional collaboration with R&D, program management, clinical operations, biostatistics, and data management. The candidate will support and propel key developmental efforts for clinical studies and the execution of the overall Clinical Development Plans (CDP).
