We are seeking dynamic sales professionals ready to enhance our engagement model. As the Director of Business Development, you will identify and engage potential clients while managing relationships throughout the entire lifecycle of client campaigns. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and participation in trade shows and regional organizations.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, overseeing each phase of the sales process.
Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and leveraging industry knowledge.
Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Conduct daily outreach efforts, including direct mail, digital marketing, and cold calls, to prospective clients.
