Our division specializes in collecting, enriching, and processing training data for Machine Learning across various AI domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in targeted markets and conduct in-depth research on their business requirements
Evaluate, qualify, and quantify growth opportunities
Lead opportunities from initial lead generation through to successful closure
Ensure client satisfaction and success
Develop and execute comprehensive business plans
Understand clients' business and technical needs
Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations while staying informed on industry developments
Monitor business prospects using TransPerfect's CRM system
Coordinate production and technology teams across diverse time zones and cultures
Create and manage high-value, profitable business agreements
Track and manage KPIs while providing internal and client-facing status updates
Deliver executive updates including account progress, health, risks, and opportunities
Participate in trade shows and support marketing initiatives through contributions to case studies and social media
Provide precise weekly forecasts and daily update reports
Assist in formulating overall plans/budgets and ensure compliance
Oversee the financial health of assigned client engagements
Enhance efficiencies across processes, personnel, and technologies
Manage stakeholder communications regarding owned business and accounts
