DataForce is a dynamic and expanding service that provides top-notch data for Human-Machine Interaction to some of the most esteemed technology firms globally. Our division specializes in collecting, enriching, and processing training data for Machine Learning across various AI domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in targeted markets and conduct in-depth research on their business requirements

  • Evaluate, qualify, and quantify growth opportunities

  • Lead opportunities from initial lead generation through to successful closure

  • Ensure client satisfaction and success

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans

  • Understand clients' business and technical needs

  • Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations while staying informed on industry developments

  • Monitor business prospects using TransPerfect's CRM system

  • Coordinate production and technology teams across diverse time zones and cultures

  • Create and manage high-value, profitable business agreements

  • Track and manage KPIs while providing internal and client-facing status updates

  • Deliver executive updates including account progress, health, risks, and opportunities

  • Participate in trade shows and support marketing initiatives through contributions to case studies and social media

  • Provide precise weekly forecasts and daily update reports

  • Assist in formulating overall plans/budgets and ensure compliance

  • Oversee the financial health of assigned client engagements

  • Enhance efficiencies across processes, personnel, and technologies
