As the Head of Business Development, you will spearhead growth initiatives throughout the UAE and the wider MENA region. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue, forging strategic partnerships, enhancing business development capabilities, and expanding client acquisition channels within the fast-paced and regulated FX sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business development strategy with specific revenue, pipeline, and partner objectives.
Establish, oversee, and refine a robust partnership ecosystem including IBs, affiliates, introducers, money managers, fintechs, and B2B partners.
Manage end-to-end commercial negotiations: from prospecting and due diligence to term structuring, onboarding, and performance optimization.
Formulate scalable go-to-market strategies for retail and institutional FX products in the MENA region.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead generation, conversion strategies, client retention, and campaign performance analysis.
Work closely with Compliance and Operations to ensure regulatory adherence, efficient onboarding, and effective risk management.
Create KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance forecasting for executive reporting.
Represent the company at industry events, roadshows, and strategic meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance BD team, fostering a culture of high-velocity sales.
