Role Overview
The Director of Brand Strategy and Content Development will spearhead the evolution of ITRS's brand and establish our position as a thought leader in the observability sector. You will create an executive media strategy, cultivate world-class expertise, and develop systematic content initiatives that resonate with target audiences throughout their purchasing journey.
Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer, you will work closely with executive leadership, Product Management, Sales, and Demand Generation teams. This role can be based in either our New York or London office, with a hybrid work schedule. For the New York location, we offer a competitive benefits package and a compensation range of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive brand repositioning from an IT monitoring vendor to the premier observability platform for regulated sectors.
- Oversee the evolution of visual identity and the consolidation of our digital presence to support brand modernization.
- Position ITRS executives as authoritative voices in observability, regulatory compliance, and financial services technology.
- Secure media coverage at key industry events, podcasts, and publications.
- Craft a unified brand narrative and content frameworks that ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Build and manage a cohesive content team, including content managers, brand strategists, and visual designers.
- Develop a content strategy that balances demand generation (95% of the market) with demand capture (5% actively purchasing).
