About the Role:
You will lead the construction and development of our analytics platform as an internal product, equipped with all the capabilities for scaling, innovating, and influencing key business decisions.
This role involves building a centralized analytics system that will serve as a single source of truth for all management levels within the company. Your leadership will enable the transformation of analytics into a strategic growth driver, with potential pathways to advance to Chief Analytics Officer, including available options.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee all analytics functions within the company (product, marketing, finance, operations) and unify them under a cohesive strategy.
Integrate data engineering into the analytics framework:
Define strategic priorities for analytics development: automation, AI models, forecasting, credit models.
Ensure strategic involvement of analytics in financial planning, P&L management, and decision-making processes.
Develop department leaders (Data Leads) into autonomous leaders focused on business outcomes.
What We Expect from You:
A strong background in analytics coupled with experience managing data engineering/BI architecture.
Experience in building analytical products/platforms.
Understanding of data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, orchestration, and governance principles.
Practical experience in strategic management of analytics teams with 20+ members.
Knowledge of financial models (P&L, ROMI, Gross Margin) and systemic planning.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business vision into an analytics strategy.
