In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding and enhancing our connections within creative, media, and digital networks that influence how brands leverage AI technology. Located in New York City, you will spearhead Profound's partner strategy by cultivating deep, trustworthy relationships with agency executives while overseeing and expanding our agency partnerships team. You will play a critical role in shaping how Profound collaborates with the innovators driving the future of brand and creative advancements.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and develop the agency partnerships team, providing guidance, structure, and strategic direction as the function grows.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with holding companies, agency networks, and independent agencies that service the world’s leading brands.
Create partnership frameworks that generate mutual value through commercial agreements, platform collaborations, and co-marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define and align Profound’s agency partnership strategy with product development and market entry objectives.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop playbooks, messaging, and unified narratives that resonate with agency partners.
Represent Profound at industry events, panels, and conferences, establishing the company as a leader in AI governance and brand integrity.
Contribute to building and scaling the partnerships function by influencing culture, processes, and strategies as our presence in the agency ecosystem expands.
Your Profile
An accomplished partnerships or business development leader with a proven track record in leading teams and implementing initiatives that drive significant commercial results.
Extensive experience collaborating with agencies, holding companies, or marketing ecosystems, with a robust understanding of their partnerships with emerging technology firms.
Adept at navigating complex organizational landscapes and aligning multi-stakeholder initiatives to deliver shared value.
A strong leader who excels in coaching, empowering, and scaling high-performing teams while remaining engaged in hands-on activities when necessary.
An entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit, motivated by the challenge of building new markets, strategies, and teams in a dynamic environment.
