In this leadership role, you will guide project teams and engage with clients and their Big 4 auditors, overseeing all aspects of engagements. This includes crafting insightful reports, nurturing client relationships, and spearheading business development initiatives.

What to Expect:
· Collaborate with client executive teams and auditors, acting as a subject matter expert to navigate complex accounting issues and drive solutions.
· Lead client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of operational due diligence for intricate transactions, including IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures, stock offerings, and debt raises.
· Deliver financial and regulatory information that aligns with compliance requirements.
· Serve as an expert on projects concerning new accounting standards.
· Initiate and lead process improvement projects, implementing necessary changes.
· Mentor senior managers, managers, and consultants, serving as a moral and ethical guide, fostering team development, and providing constructive feedback.
