About the job

As a Digital Marketing Analyst at noble-people, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients to comprehend the impact of their marketing efforts on business performance. By leveraging various analytics platforms, you will ensure data integrity while enhancing reporting and analytics across the agency. Your goal is to provide top-tier solutions and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and support the development of dashboards, regular campaign reports, detailed wrap reports, and customized analyses to inform media strategy and planning.
  • Partner with strategy teams to conduct audience insights, social listening, and other ad-hoc analyses that enrich brand communications.
  • Utilize the DIKW (Data, Information, Knowledge, Wisdom) framework to distill complex data into organized, easily digestible outputs (using MS Excel, Apple Keynote, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for data solutions that facilitate effective measurement, reporting, and optimization of media campaigns.
  • Design and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and other visualization tools, ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Employ SQL (BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses) to extract, validate, and analyze marketing performance data.
  • Oversee and enhance data aggregation and ETL processes (e.g., Improvado, Supermetrics, etc.) to guarantee clean and reliable reporting inputs.
  • Explore and integrate emerging analytics, automation, and AI tools to boost workflow efficiency and reporting scalability.
  • Investigate data inconsistencies and proactively trace issues to preserve data integrity and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Quantitative Social Sciences is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with ad tech reporting tools including Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, and Google DV360.
  • Proficient with data visualization software like Tableau, PowerBI, and Looker Studio.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills are required; experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data aggregation and ETL platforms (e.g., Improvado, Supermetrics) is desirable.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio is mandatory.
  • Exhibit strong analytical curiosity and the ability to question, validate, and reconcile data discrepancies.
  • Aptitude for simplifying complex topics for non-technical audiences.
  • A desire to educate and communicate complex analyses in an understandable manner.
