Role Overview: Digital Marketing & AI Transformation Consultant (Manager Level)
This London-based role calls for a digital marketing professional with strong experience in performance marketing and applied AI. The position focuses on helping portfolio companies accelerate growth and transform their marketing capabilities. Consultants join client teams directly, working closely with leadership and addressing high-impact projects with a focus on delivery, speed, and measurable business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
Growth Strategy and Performance
- Develop and refine multi-channel acquisition strategies across paid media, SEO/GEO, content, and affiliate marketing.
- Spot significant growth opportunities in different channels, customer segments, and markets.
- Support investment decisions by analyzing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV), payback periods, and marginal returns.
- Challenge current methodologies and speed up the shift to AI-driven discovery and answer-based marketing.
Execution and Impact
- Work directly with teams and agencies to test, iterate, and scale initiatives.
- Analyze performance, adjust channel mixes, and implement practical, high-impact actions.
- Design and support measurement and experimentation frameworks, including attribution, incrementality, geo tests, and holdouts.
- Turn data insights into actionable recommendations and ensure implementation leads to quantifiable results.
Applying AI in Marketing
- Identify and implement AI applications to improve marketing effectiveness, speed, and scalability.
- Use AI for campaign optimization, creative and content production, marketing workflow automation, and reporting or insight generation.
- Contribute to strategic discussions about applying large language models (LLM) and AI technologies in marketing.
