Key Responsibilities:Design, customize, and maintain Help Centre templates and components, serving as our internal expert for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Agentforce features. Enhance user experience through layout, navigation, and usability improvements utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Conduct A/B or multivariate testing to validate hypotheses, utilizing data-driven insights to minimize customer friction. Research and apply modern AIEO (AI Engine Optimization) practices to boost content discoverability and search performance across digital channels. Establish structural standards and page layouts ensuring content is accessible, coherent, and in line with our global brand standards. Oversee governance structures to maintain the functionality of our cross-functional knowledge ecosystem, prioritizing and managing knowledge and Help Centre enhancements at scale. Who You Are:Demonstrated experience in developing and optimizing self-service platforms or customer-facing Help Centres. While direct experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Knowledge is a significant advantage, we welcome experts with similar help desk backgrounds ready to adapt their skills to our systems. Proficient in front-end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) with the ability to transform UI/UX designs into functional components. Proven history of executing A/B tests and utilizing analytics tools to inform decisions.

Role Overview

Trustpilot is looking for a Digital Experience Manager (UX Developer) to lead the design and development of the customer-facing Help Centre and self-service ecosystem. This position sits within the Digital Customer Support team and plays a key part in shaping how customers interact with Trustpilot’s support resources.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end digital support experience for Trustpilot’s Help Centre and self-service tools.
  • Blend front-end development with user experience design to create intuitive, effective support journeys.
  • Implement and optimize solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud and AI-ready frameworks.
  • Work closely with the Digital Customer Support team to deliver on the "Smart Tools, Trusted Help" vision.
  • Shape how customers find answers and interact with support content in a SaaS environment.

This role is based in London.
