Role Overview
The Digital Experience Manager (UX Developer) will lead the design and development of Trustpilot's customer-facing Help Centre and self-service ecosystem. This role sits within the Digital Customer Support team and focuses on building "Smart Tools, Trusted Help" by combining front-end development with advanced UX approaches.
What You Will Do
- Own and shape the digital support experience for customers using Trustpilot's Help Centre and self-service tools.
- Integrate front-end development with user experience strategies to create seamless, intuitive support journeys.
- Implement AI-ready content structures and solutions.
- Work with Salesforce Experience Cloud to deliver consistent, effective support interactions.
- Contribute to the mission of making customer support smarter and more accessible in a SaaS environment.
