Key Responsibilities:Strategic Engagements and Discovery:Assess and prioritize client needs and challenges related to digital experience design, delivery, and management. Design and facilitate engagement workshops with stakeholders ranging from operational teams to executive leadership. Conduct research, interviews, and analyses to generate insights that inform strategic recommendations. Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations tailored to the client's context and priorities. Roadmap Creation and Recommendations:Convert ambitious visions into clearly articulated and actionable digital roadmaps. Identify opportunities to utilize Squiz DXP features—including personalization, A/B testing, portals, forms, and data capture—to enhance customer digital experiences. Advise on how tools within the client's ecosystem can integrate with and enhance the DXP. Determine the resources, activities, and technologies necessary for implementing solutions. Customer Adoption and Success:Drive customer engagement with Squiz tools, services, and the DXP platform. Develop DXP adoption strategies to help clients unlock value and cultivate internal capabilities. Inspire clients with opportunities to deliver outstanding digital experiences alongside a clear execution path. Support post-engagement outcomes by ensuring that recommendations are both practical and implementable. Practice Development and Capability Building:Contribute to the development of consulting practices and methodologies.

About the job

We are seeking a talented Digital Experience Consultant with a strong background in service design and user experience (UX) to join our esteemed Digital Consultancy team in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This pivotal role is dedicated to empowering enterprise clients to realize their business and digital goals through strategic collaboration, actionable roadmap creation, and fostering the adoption of the Squiz Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

In this role, you will engage directly with clients, often including heads of digital, IT leaders, or web managers from large organizations. Your primary focus will be to identify their needs, lead workshops that harmonize stakeholder interests, and translate their aspirations into executable strategies. This position requires a unique blend of creative, strategic, and analytical capabilities, coupled with a practical approach to implementing UX and service design methodologies within real-world parameters.
