As a senior team member, your leadership will drive customer satisfaction across all projects, and you will play a key role in mentoring junior team members, upholding the core values of fifty-five.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in pre-sales/consultative selling, driving business development within client accounts and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Lead comprehensive analyses and consulting efforts for large-scale clients, addressing their business requirements with a structured and systematic approach.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring effective planning, internal coordination, client relations, deadline adherence, risk management, quality control of deliverables, and overall profitability.
  • Utilize sector-specific expertise to understand client issues and propose tailored solutions across industries such as consumer goods, retail, and travel.
  • Apply digital expertise to analyze and enhance digital activities including media buying, e-business strategies, and on-site customer experiences.
