Responsibilities
- Engage in pre-sales/consultative selling, driving business development within client accounts and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Lead comprehensive analyses and consulting efforts for large-scale clients, addressing their business requirements with a structured and systematic approach.
- Oversee project management, ensuring effective planning, internal coordination, client relations, deadline adherence, risk management, quality control of deliverables, and overall profitability.
- Utilize sector-specific expertise to understand client issues and propose tailored solutions across industries such as consumer goods, retail, and travel.
- Apply digital expertise to analyze and enhance digital activities including media buying, e-business strategies, and on-site customer experiences.
