- Shape our AI offering: Take a leading role in the development and scaling of our AI services, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Ensure project excellence: Oversee the direction and quality of our priority client projects.
Team & Practice Development
- Develop talent: Mentor and enhance team capabilities, establishing a premier consulting practice equipped to support complex, large-scale programs.
- Refine our approach: Utilize your extensive expertise to enhance our consulting methodologies and diverse service offerings.
What You'll Bring
We are in search of an innovative leader with a robust mix of technical skills and strategic insight.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing and/or analytics, with a solid background in a consulting role managing global clients.
- Demonstrated success in business development and consultative sales, including converting new leads and recognizing upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- AI proficiency with a proven record of leveraging AI to achieve business results.
- Consulting excellence: The capability to assess client needs, propose actionable solutions, and apply a methodical approach to resolving complex challenges.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing processes, including web and app analytics.
- Experience in team management and promoting a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- A commercial mindset complemented by exceptional communication skills, with the ability to forge strong personal connections with senior clients.
