Role Overview
As a key member of our DevOps Infrastructure Team, you will help build and maintain real-time distributed systems that drive our trading engine—ensuring they remain operational, ultra-low latency, and resilient on a large scale.
This role is not just about infrastructure; you will enhance platform capabilities that simplify how our engineers build, test, deploy, and manage applications across our hybrid environment, which includes both self-hosted hardware and AWS cloud infrastructure.
In this pivotal position, you will blend DevOps with platform engineering, playing a critical role in our mission.
Your Responsibilities
Platform Enablement: Design and sustain internal tools and workflows that enhance the developer experience within deployment pipelines, observability, and testing settings.
Empower Developers (DevEx): Automate processes, optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab), and ensure safe, fast, and reliable deployments across various environments.
Infrastructure Automation: Develop, manage, and scale Kubernetes-based microservices infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
Developer Experience: Collaborate closely with product engineers to create seamless paths for development, testing, and deployment.
Operational Excellence: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the stability of our systems through robust alerting and incident response strategies.
