About Flux Flux is building the first AI Hardware Engineer, aiming to make hardware design accessible to more people and reshape how electronics are created and manufactured worldwide. Role Summary The Senior Product Marketing Manager will help define how Flux presents itself to the world. This position shapes our product positioning, narrative, and launch strategy, ensuring our message is clear and consistent across every channel. The role works closely with the COO, product teams, design, and go-to-market partners in our San Francisco office. What You Will Do Develop positioning and messaging, including value propositions, proof points, competitive analysis, and copy guidelines. Lead product launches from planning to execution: write briefs, shape narratives, build assets, manage timelines, and coordinate across teams and channels. Bring together all GTM channels under one narrative, including paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, social media, community, and sales. Refine segmentation and packaging messaging as Flux’s product offerings evolve (such as Starter and Pro tiers). Build and maintain systems like messaging libraries, launch playbooks, FAQs, and objection-handling guides for long-term use. Work with product and design to improve conversion points where messaging meets user experience. What We Look For Experience as a Product Marketing Manager serving technical users (such as product-led growth, developer tools, or technical SaaS). Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with attention to detail and quality. History of managing product launches and working across multiple teams. Skill in aligning stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority. Comfort with ambiguity and building new processes from scratch. Preferred Experience Background marketing to hardware engineers or similar technical audiences. Understanding of segmentation and tiered messaging (such as Starter vs. Pro, packaging, or upgrades).
