Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree focused on computer science or a related field, along with several years of professional experience in the DevOps sector. You will also demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:Deep understanding of the architecture, interfaces, and call flows of ePC and 5GC, as well as their interaction with surrounding systems. Significant experience with cloud technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenStack. Knowledge of Packet Data Core systems. Expertise in tools like Helm, Istio, Prometheus, and Flux. Good familiarity with microservice architecture and the management of cloud-based applications. Extensive experience with monitoring systems and their evaluations. Proven experience in 2nd or 3rd-level support in Mobile Packet Core systems. Strong skills in both classic and agile methodologies of cooperation. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). A willingness to explore innovative approaches and concepts.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the cloud-native production environment for packet Core, including 5G-SA. Your responsibilities will encompass developing comprehensive procedures for the entire lifecycle of services, while also serving as the primary contact for planning, system integration, and troubleshooting.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing complex projects by managing development, quality assurance, planning, implementation, and maintenance of product releases.
- Formulating strategies for automated integration and delivery, focusing on cross-project infrastructure and tool suite, while promoting harmonized automation frameworks and cloud-native functionalities within Packet Core for efficient and reliable deployment processes.
- Developing new deployment strategies and disaster recovery plans that align with the company’s overall objectives and requirements.
- Collaborating closely with the operations team to successfully deploy planned solutions, enhance process efficiency, and fully engage with innovative topics and concepts, ensuring a high degree of digitization in support processes.
