Position Overview:
PingWind is in search of a talented Development Staff member who will design, develop, and test logical solutions to complex computational problems. Your role will involve writing programs based on specifications provided by Software Engineers, Systems Analysts, or other IT professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
Key Tasks Include:
• Developing, executing tests, and maintaining existing computer programs that provide essential instructions for computer operations.
• Updating, fixing, modifying, and enhancing current software applications.
• Assisting in structured analysis, including impact and compatibility assessments, cost evaluations, computer capability analysis, feasibility studies, and user interaction assessments.
• Ensuring that development methodologies are in line with organizational requirements (e.g., Agile).
• Defining processes, procedures, and tools for managing development efforts, potentially leading small teams within a DevSecOps environment.
• Demonstrating strong organizational skills while managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Exhibiting a solid technical understanding of Information Technology systems and services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Proficiency in Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems relevant to the PWS.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies to assess the impact of enhancements and defects on application architecture.
