Your Role

  • Craft a comprehensive onboarding playbook to guide customers through our Agent SDK and Agent Studio, our no-code platform, ensuring a smooth transition and effective usage.

  • Spearhead the development of robust developer training and enablement initiatives that enhance user knowledge and engagement.

  • Create scalable content solutions, including detailed technical documentation, engaging educational videos, structured onboarding paths, and exemplary repositories to drive SDK adoption.

  • Act as an Agent Software Engineer, developing and deploying AI Agents while becoming a leading authority on agent development.

  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to produce impactful developer case studies and success narratives that resonate with our expanding technical community.

What You Bring

  • A genuine passion for empowering customers from diverse enterprise backgrounds to build exceptional AI Agents.

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in software development or developer relations, particularly with highly technical products.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong desire to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions.
