- Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft OS issues, configure and install common applications, and manage the installation and removal of desktop PCs and monitors.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Handle desktop and laptop installation, configuration, and upgrades efficiently.
- Demonstrate functional knowledge of MAC and Windows client/server configurations, software, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
- Provide support and troubleshoot Windows XP and Windows 7 migrations.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and other Microsoft products.
- Experience with remote support tools, SCCM, incident management, and the ability to resolve tickets remotely.
