Job Title: Desktop Support Representative - Distributed Client Services
Location: Southfield, MI
Duration: 1+ year (with possible extension)
We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Representative to provide exceptional deskside support for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues, ensuring smooth hardware and software operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside support for Windows 7 and Windows XP operating systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010.
- Assist users with end-user troubleshooting and break/fix support.
- Manage IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), data migration, and PC refresh processes.
- Handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Facilitate desktop and laptop installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows XP and Windows 7 migrations.
