Job Title: Desktop Support Representative - Distributed Client Services
Location: Southfield, MI
Duration: 1+ Year (with potential for extension)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional deskside support and technical assistance to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 7 and Windows XP operating systems.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office versions 2003, 2007, and 2010.
- Conduct end-user troubleshooting to ensure minimal disruption.
- Perform break/fix support, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), data migration, and PC refresh tasks.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Assist with desktop and laptop setup, configuration, and upgrades.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows XP and Windows 7 migrations.
