As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Officer to join our team in Darwin. This role is a 3-month contract with the potential for extension, where you will deliver high-quality, on-site technical support to our valued customers.
In this position, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to users, fostering a positive relationship while working with a diverse range of technologies, including Mac and PC systems, tablets, server systems, network infrastructure, and voice platforms. Note that most server and network management will be handled by our specialized teams.
