Your Role:
As a Desktop Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our users. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Desktop Support services to end-users.
- Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving user help requests while escalating incidents when necessary to uphold customer satisfaction and meet SLA expectations.
- Performing imaging and re-imaging tasks.
- Conducting asset inventory tasks.
- Providing technical escalation to third-party vendors or resolver groups as appropriate.
- Updating incident records meticulously.
- Creating and updating work instructions and documenting standards and procedures as needed.
