We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Representative to join our Distributed Client Services team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to diagnose, configure, and install common applications, as well as install and remove desktop PCs and monitors.
Key responsibilities include providing remote Office 365 support on workstations and mobile devices, performing basic deskside services such as install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, and configuration according to provided scripts. You will assist customers with problem identification and resolution for hardware or platform-related issues at their place of business.
This role includes providing deskside support for software break/fix issues on low-complexity problems across platforms with Windows operating systems (current and previous four generations) or Apple operating systems. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications is required.
