Job Description:
- Diagnose and resolve intricate Microsoft OS issues, configure and install standard applications, as well as install and remove PCs.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Possess substantial experience in a customer-facing, Windows-based corporate technical support environment, including support for Office and Outlook.
