THE ROLE
As a Designated Support Engineer (DSE), you will serve as the technical pillar for our most essential accounts, ensuring that their mission-critical infrastructure operates smoothly on the Everpure Platform. You will connect complex technical troubleshooting with relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor who turns potential challenges into streamlined operations.
