Core Responsibilities:
- Complaints Management: Handle customer and production complaints related to logistics, ensuring thorough follow-up and action completion.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enhance product quality.
- Problem Solving: Investigate quality issues, perform audits, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions using quality tools.
- Claims Handling: Address transit damage issues and manage insurance claims when necessary.
Periodic Responsibilities:
- Audits and Visits: Coordinate with multiple customers and facilitate system audits.
- Document Management: Maintain up-to-date FMEA, control plans, and other relevant standards.
- Training: Conduct regular training sessions for logistics associates on 14Q principles, FMEA, and problem-solving techniques.
