This Deployment Strategist role is based in New York City. Other possible locations include Seoul, London, and San Francisco. The position is open to candidates at levels L4 to L5.
Role overview
The Deployment Strategist leads the rollout of Normal EDA, an AI-driven platform for silicon engineering, at major semiconductor companies. This role works onsite with customers, collaborating closely with engineering teams and acting as a bridge between clients, field engineers, and Normal Computing’s product and business groups. The strategist ensures clear communication and alignment throughout each deployment.
Normal EDA combines large language models and formal logic to interpret design intent, generating and refining engineering artifacts as teams use and provide feedback. Success in this position is measured by the effectiveness of production deployments, ongoing customer value, improved verification workflows, user engagement, and strong stakeholder communication.
What you will do
- Manage deployments from initial planning through production integration and ongoing support. Serve as the primary operational contact, ensuring product outcomes and positive customer impact. Collaborate with leadership and engineering to adapt to evolving customer needs.
- Work onsite to understand customer workflows. Collect information from conversations, product data, and stakeholder feedback to clarify deployment requirements and identify key issues.
- Act as the central communication point for each engagement. Transform unstructured meetings into clear summaries with assigned responsibilities and timelines. Track commitments and provide regular updates to keep all parties informed.
- Present results and proposals to diverse audiences, including integrated circuit engineers and executives. Lead customer enablement and training sessions to help teams fully utilize Normal’s solutions.
