Key Responsibilities
- Engage with users to analyze workflows, identify pain points, and understand operational constraints.
- Identify and articulate customer challenges that align with our product vision for Cobalt.
- Work collaboratively with clients to prioritize the most critical problems to address.
- Design and guide iterative delivery plans that rapidly demonstrate value while alleviating user issues.
- Act as a liaison between users, product teams, and engineering to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Lead the technical delivery across interconnected workstreams.
- Translate business objectives into a structured roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach in all solutions.
