Role Overview
As a Deployed Engineer (DE) at Cognition, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience. Your primary role will be to engage with customers directly, ensuring they derive maximum value from Devin and Windsurf.
You will collaborate with engineering teams to comprehend their workflows, pinpoint high-impact use cases, and seamlessly integrate our solutions into their production environments. Leading demonstrations, conducting pilots, and fostering the adoption of the Cognition platform are key responsibilities.
This multifaceted role demands both technical expertise and customer-centricity, requiring you to navigate diverse client needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively deliver solutions. You will take ownership of project outcomes, guiding clients through their journey with our technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all technical elements of the customer lifecycle, from deployment to activation, ensuring our clients excel in utilizing Devin.
Engage closely with customers to identify their technical hurdles and match them with optimal use cases for Devin’s contributions.
Cultivate strong relationships with customer engineering teams to facilitate smooth product integration and enhance product adoption.
Actively listen to customer feedback, implement requested features, and champion customer needs within the team.
Leverage your insights to inform product roadmaps and strategy, acting as the voice of the customer.
