Role Overview: Deployed Engineer - ANZ (Sydney)
The Deployed Engineer acts as the main technical contact for Cognition’s customers in Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on ensuring clients get the most value from Devin, from the moment of deployment through to full integration and ongoing use. The position blends technical problem-solving with relationship management, supporting clients as they adopt and expand their use of AI-driven engineering tools.
What You Will Do
- Oversee technical aspects of the customer journey, from initial deployment to activation, making sure clients succeed with Devin.
- Work directly with client teams to understand their technical needs and identify where Devin can deliver the most impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering teams at customer organizations to support smooth product integration and drive adoption.
- Gather and relay customer feedback, advocating for user needs and helping shape product features to match real-world requirements.
- Use product insight to contribute to strategic decisions around the product roadmap and future enhancements.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, either through formal computer science education or significant experience in technical sales. Success in this role requires a mix of technical skill, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach to working with customers.
