The Opportunity
We are seeking a Demand Manager to spearhead pipeline growth for Superhuman Mail. This pivotal role within Revenue Marketing involves developing and scaling integrated demand generation initiatives that cultivate and accelerate marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline for Mail.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to transform product priorities into market-facing campaigns and sales strategies that drive new customer acquisition, competitive displacement, and customer expansion. Success in this role demands strong commercial insight, deep collaboration with the Sales team, and a results-oriented mindset focused on measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution for Superhuman Mail in alignment with go-to-market goals and revenue objectives.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels to drive both inbound and outbound pipeline for new customer acquisition and existing customer growth.
- Work closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure campaign strategies are aligned with pipeline goals and account priorities.
- Develop and refine nurture programs to expedite lead progression through the sales funnel and enhance customer expansion.
